From there, he advanced into land acquisition, development, and executive leadership roles in the homebuilding industry. Along the way, he developed firsthand knowledge of how homebuilders evaluate markets, price communities, manage inventory, and operate their businesses.

Today, he applies that industry experience to help new-construction buyers.
