Buyer Savings
A buyer rebate program for eligible new-construction purchases.
Our primary value
Representation first. Savings second.
Our primary value comes from understanding builder pricing, identifying potential negotiating opportunities, evaluating incentives, and providing professional representation — helping you make a more informed decision. For eligible buyers, a commission rebate is another potential financial benefit on top of that representation.
How it works
Representation, with potential savings.
Many builders offer compensation to a buyer's agent, paid by the builder rather than the buyer. When a builder offers compensation, an eligible buyer may receive a portion of it as a rebate.
- 1
Register with us first
Most builders require your agent to accompany or register you on your first visit to a community. Contact us before visiting a model home.
- 2
We represent you
We guide your home selection, contract review, negotiation, inspections, and closing.
- 3
Compensation is confirmed
We confirm the buyer-agent compensation the builder is offering on your specific home in writing.
- 4
Rebate applied at closing
Where eligible and approved by your lender, a rebate is typically applied as a credit toward closing costs or prepaid items.
Illustrative example
If a builder offers 3% buyer-agent compensation
$4,000
potential rebate (1% of the final purchase price)
Example only, not an offer. Not every builder offers 3%, and some offer less or none. Eligibility, the compensation actually offered, brokerage terms, lender approval, and transaction requirements may affect or eliminate any rebate. Rebates are disclosed on the closing statement and may have tax implications — consult a tax professional.
